We do not offer returns or refunds under regular circumstances. Each product is made with utmost care, and our collections are curated to maintain exclusivity and quality.

 

Conditional Exchange Policy
We only offer conditional exchanges in the event of a quality issue with the product.
If you find the product faulty in terms of quality or craftsmanship, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After receiving your complaint, our Quality Assurance Department will assess the issue and respond accordingly. If a major fault is verified, we will offer you either:
An exchange of the product, or Store credit for future purchases.

 

Important Conditions
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will not be responsible for any complaint received after this time.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Customized orders or items purchased on discount/sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or chargeback under any circumstances.
